A new stage begins for the contest and the beauty queens, Gabriela Isler, Nina Sicilia and Jacqueline Aguilera, will be in charge of leading their evolution.
Caracas, Venezuela April 18, 2018. The Miss Venezuela already has new faces, it is the beauty queens, Gabriela Isler, Nina Sicilia and Jacqueline Aguilera, who will form an Executive Committee in charge of leading the evolution of the contest. This Committee will replace the former president and act as the highest leadership body of the event. “We are very happy that these emblematic professionals have accepted the invitation to join Miss Venezuela. Her extensive experience and knowledge of the world of beauty, in addition to their respective professional fields, will undoubtedly imprint a new seal on the contest and allow us to advance steadily towards the evolution we seek, “said Jonathan Blum, President of Cisneros Media.
Gabriela Isler -Miss Universe 2013–, will be the Director of Public Relations and Training, acting as spokesperson, leading the training plan for candidates and winners, and working hand in hand with the Vice Presidency of Corporate Social Responsibility of Cisneros in the definition of projects of community service and CSR for contestants and winners, manage business alliances, optimize the social network strategy of Miss Venezuela, among other functions.
Nina Sicilia – Miss International 1985 and television host – will make available her experience as an executive, she will be the General Manager of Miss Venezuela, having in charge the responsibility of strategically planning the activities of the Quinta, as well as budgets and projected financial statements; participate in personnel selection processes; and ensure the effective implementation of the CSR activities of the candidates and winners by the Vice Presidency of CSR of Cisneros.
Jaqueline Aguilera – Miss World 1995, publicist and businesswoman – as Image Director, will undoubtedly bring a fresh and renewed air to the contest. She will be at the forefront of the definition of the image of misses and winners; identify and propose the team of stylists, photographers, make-up artists and fashion designers who will take part in the contest; perform the planning of outfits, looks and accessories more appropriate, so be aware of the emerging fashion trends to transfer them to the contest.
Likewise, the Executive Committee will participate in the selection of the candidates for Miss Venezuela and will report directly to the Steering Committee of the event. “It makes me very happy and it fills me with great enthusiasm to be part of this new team, and of the current renovation of Miss Venezuela, especially by the hand of those who have always been as a family. We have formed a very professional team, with roles that complement each other and that will allow us to offer the event a much more up-to-date image.
